Leader to Leader™ Group Coaching is a decidedly Christian approach to leadership development. More than a series of workshops, Leader to Leader™ uses the art of coaching to provide a proven, effective way to develop servant-leaders who live and lead from the inside-out.
We have designed Leader to Leader™ with the busy leader in mind. We know that pastors understand the importance of developing leaders, but with the daily demands of ministry it can be challenging to design and implement a consistent leadership development plan.
Leader to Leader™ is a tested philosophy and strategy based on our framework and using the art of coaching to facilitate the development of servant-leaders.

Are you looking for a practical, effective way to develop leaders?
We believe that leaders naturally sharpen each other through interactive group coaching sessions, so we deigned the Leader to Leader™ Group Coaching Experience. We facilitate ten interactive sessions for your people so you can simply enjoy meaningful conversations around the table with the leaders you want to invest in.
During our time together we encourage and learn from each other through group facilitation, lively discussion, required reading, and reflective homework. We take personalized steps to clarify our design and calling, to live intentionally, and to lead like Jesus - with character, skill, and focus.
Sessions can be schedule once a month, twice a month, or completed in four retreat sessions.
